The brand began serving healthy burritos, bowls, salads, and smoothies over 20 years ago and has grown to 16 locations. BACKGROUND
In late 2019, Laughing Planet came to Olo to re-launch their online and delivery program. From the start, they wanted to leverage the full suite of Olo offerings including Ordering, Dispatch, and Rails, giving their guests the freedom to order however they choose. In addition to offering more ordering options, they needed a solution to automate time-consuming tasks managed by their in-store employees.
