Beyond4, or B4 as we lovingly call it, is Olo’s annual customer conference where we examine the topics most important to the restaurant industry, how brands are adapting, and where the industry is headed next - and this year is no different.
We are celebrating FIVE YEARS of Beyond4, and we are headed to Napa. Held at the The Meritage Hotel in Napa, CA, from February 27-March 1, 2023, this year's event will be an occasion like no year before. As always, B4 is reserved exclusively for restaurant executives and stakeholders who use Olo’s platform.
We’ll cover the latest digital strategies powered by Olo — from hands-on instruction for better day-to-day use of the platform to previews of what we’re working on next. Beyond4 is focused on community building, providing unique opportunities to engage with other restaurant teams in a relaxed environment with no outside parties. There will be activities, panel discussions, happy hours, guest speakers, breakout sessions, and so much more. You’ll walk away with strategic insights and actions to get the most out of your digital ordering and delivery programs.

Opening Session + Brand Keynote: Welcome to Napa! Diego Panama, Olo’s Chief Revenue Officer, kicks things off with a retrospective of the year, and what’s to come in 2023. He is followed by industry leader Dave Harris, CIO at Shake Shack, to discuss the trends that Shake Shack see coming for the industry and how to best use them in your own brand initiatives.

Who can register to attend?
Beyond4 is reserved exclusively for Olo restaurant brand corporate employees and executive stakeholders. We respectfully decline attendance requests from franchisees, store managers, brand partners, agencies, and consultants. Beyond4 attendees are limited to current Olo brand customers to ensure an intimate and focused event, and to promote honest and authentic idea-sharing.
